Private case evaluation for companies that get disputed

Know what every dispute is worth before you spend a dollar on it.

A private evaluation of your side, built from decided cases, and a settlement figure neither party has to show its hand to get. Your documents, your file, your number. The other side never sees it.

Patent pending · Not a law firm · Not binding

Your file. Your number. Only yours.

Every dispute has two private numbers and no way to compare them. Each side has a view of what its case is worth, neither will show it, and neither knows how often views like its own turn out to be right. The best study of experienced trial lawyers valuing real cases with known results found them off by a factor of about two and a half in either direction.

So disputes settle late, after both sides have paid to learn what each already half knew. The private caucus of a good mediator solves this, and it is expensive, late and unavailable to most disputes. This is that caucus, in minutes, before anyone has filed.

How a private case evaluation works

1

Tell it the dispute and upload what you have.

Speak or type. Contracts, emails, invoices, photos, messages. No brief, no statement, no form.

2

It reads your file the way a litigation partner would.

The claim becomes six elements. Each is scored from your own documents. It asks only for what is missing, at most three questions, dispositive point first. It names your weakest point and predicts what the other side will say on every element.

3

You get a private range and a litigation alternative.

The range comes from the ten most similar resolved matters, weighted by similarity, with a most-likely figure and the probability you recover nothing or pay. Beside it, what litigating would cost and return, net of fees and time.

4

Stop here, or put the other side on notice.

The notice is built from your case file and elements only; it has no path to your evaluation. The other side gets its own private session. Each side releases what it chooses to a shared record. A sealed function reads both ranges and proposes one figure from the overlap, or says the positions do not yet meet, with no numbers. Accept and the settlement agreement is generated from the record. Decline and only the record goes to a mediator, to binding arbitration, or to court with a certificate.

Your range never leaves your file. Not to the other side. Not to us. Not to a log. One function intersects two ranges and emits one number or none.

Forty files. One morning.

Every open matter with a private range, a most-likely figure and a recommended action. Settlement authority applied in batches. Exposure your CFO can read. Every closed matter makes the next number better.

Why the number is believable

The model reads; the engine computes. A language model, working under a written specification inside your private partition, does the reading: the scores, the links, the questions, the weak point, the predicted defence. A deterministic engine that never sees your documents turns the scores into the range. The same inputs give the same figure, and every figure can be re-derived.

The comparables store holds no names, no narrative and no documents. It cannot be used to reconstruct a matter. It grows with every resolved matter, and the number improves with it.

It was tested the only honest way: on real disputes a court had already decided, with the decision hidden and used afterward to mark the answers. Nothing was tuned after a fresh set was run. The case files, the outputs and the grades can be inspected case by case.

One clause. Every dispute gets a number before anyone files.

Insert the resolution-first term at formation. Every dispute under it goes through a private evaluation and a proposal before a complaint can be filed. A certificate records that the step was taken. Your counterparties arrive because the contract sent them.

Not binding. Nothing here decides anything. Parties agree, or they do not.

Not a law firm and not legal advice. Intelligent Mediation is a technology platform built by ZeroToIP Inc. It does not represent you.

Not a replacement for your counsel or your mediator. It is what they would want on the table before the first call.
